Members Access
Our online portal and app will allow real-time appointment booking with your doctor or nurse, your pet’s entire medical record easily accessed, and educational information, anytime, anywhere. We’re here for you and your pet’s needs 24/7.
Our hospital is based in South-East London, but soon we will have satellite hospitals in a neighbourhood near you. We will also be expanding to offering services such as a purpose built exotics hospital, specialty referral hospital to broaden our services and growth of our staff, and the creation of a One Health facility.

Medical science is rapidly advancing and with the integration of artificial intelligence, your pet’s healthcare team has phenomenal tools to better pet healthcare in real-time.

Advanced Hospital Care
We are a primary care service, with a twist. We are building a number of vet and nurse teams that will be your primary point of call for your pet. That’s right, you always have your doctor and nurse that you can reach out to anytime you want.
They will have received the best training available and continue to improve their skills within this new advanced hospital. This is dedicated healthcare for your pet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with A&E and ambulatory services all included in one bespoke membership.
Mammal’s hospital provides comprehensive primary care with a dedicated emergency, surgical suites, and advanced diagnostic imaging.
Mammal’s main hospital will also be a teaching centre seeking to constantly grow specialists and enable next generation veterinarians and nurses. Your vet team will have the support it needs to give you peace of mind and all the personalised knowledge you need.
Specialty Referral
We have the ability for your pet to be seen by some specialists within our facility, but we cannot offer everything within our four walls. Don’t worry, we have your back if a specialist is needed.
- First we recommend an extended insurance policy with a pet insurance company, and we offer opportunities for assistance in this matter within your personalised membership plan. This will cover your cost should your pet need care in a specialist hospital elsewhere or for costly procedures that can be possibly completed on site.
- Secondly, we will offer a total of £500 towards a specialist referral to an external facility. We prioritise your pets wellness above profits.
Our resources enable us to seek out other passionate and highly skilled veterinary specialists and referral centres. By referring you to these committed specialists we can take advantage of their cutting-edge skills and facilities to ease your mind and help your pet get the best quality of life.
